Returns are not accepted.
If you need a different size or received a wrong/damaged product, we’re happy to assist with a smooth and hassle-free exchange.
Exchange Window
> Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
> Products must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
> Only size and product exchanges are allowed. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
> Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
Non-Exchangeable Items
> We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
> If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days with product photos.
> We will arrange a free exchange for the same item or a suitable alternative, subject to availability.
Shipping Costs
> We cover all shipping costs for approved exchanges, including free reverse pickup and delivery of the replacement item.
How to Request an Exchange
> Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
> Share your Order ID, reason for exchange, and product images (if applicable).
> Our team will arrange the reverse pickup and dispatch the new product once the original item is received and inspected.
